     Duplexes are more readily available in the Dallas/Forth Area than a 4 unit building. I'd suggest searching in Northern Dallas (Coppell, Grapevine, Flower Mound) for quality duplexes. Spring time prices will rise. If you're looking to buy, I suggest start looking now. Buying in November thru February you'll have a better shot at getting a better valued property.
