Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $77,500
Cash invested: $20,000

Bought this single family investment in a thriving area. There is $60k go built- in equity! We put $15k into it and we are using the BRRRR method for this investment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was interested in this deal due to the change in the area and the appreciation of homes in the area.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was in the MLS and I was able to negotiate .

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money.

How did you add value to the deal?

Added a master bedroom and added a open concept design.
