What banks offer heloc in PA? 

I have insurance for my rental properties from 2 different insurance companies. Due to this I have to get an independent umbrella policy. Where do people go to get umbrella in these types of scenarios?

What are some of the banks that allow heloc for investment properties? What is THEIR maximum LTV?

I have 3 investment properties and I took out a heloc on all of them for RE investment down payment. I am in the process of buying 2 more and there will be equity build in after I remodel. Should I take heloc on the 2 new ones or should I refinance? All these properties currently have 30 year fixed loans in the 4.5% range. I was thinking heloc but wanted to get some additional thoughts from BP community.

I am a new investor. I wanted to know if applying for multiple investment mortgages affect credit score. I see that some people are buying multiple houses per month and so does this affect their credit score. Same with people applying for HELOC for these investment properties. I am trying to understand the impact.
