Hey guys, so I'm an aspiring investor and am about to do my first direct mail campaign. Let's say I am only interested in properties that are within 2 miles of a Subway in 5 different counties. I now have the assessor's roll of all of the parcels in these counties in Excel. What is the best and most efficient way for me to filter out other parcels that don't meet this criteria using Google Maps, certain functions in Excel, or other online tools? I don't have a team, so I can't outsource this to someone else and I have thousands of MBs worth of data to sift through, so I really need help. Thanks in advance.
