Hello! I've been a member of the Bigger Pockets Community for a while now! I started off in webinars, reading posts from the outside, and planning of to get 'skin in the game' before posting. I'm very happy to finally be able to jump in and now introduce myself. My name is Jay (Adam) Williams. My wife and I recently bought a new home and are in the process of leasing our current home out. My goal, is to get around like minded individuals and people who have the same passion I have with real estate.
