Thank you all for your response and advice. 

Hello, my husband and I need some help. I have study so much real estate i feel so lost. I'm losing hope in ever moving out of his parents house even more so after both our only cars broke down at the same time. I have been searching around for real estate community to join to hopefully find mentorship to help us get into wholesaling (or anything to help get the ball rolling) but i have been unsuccessful. We both are so confused on how to get started. My credit is so low because the debt is just pulling up and I'm afraid i won't qualify for any loans, and he has no credit to start with. We want to change our finances so we can start our live and get out of this stressful survival mood we have been living in. Please is there anyone who can help us out? Help us get on the right path? My main and biggest concern is financing. I also have to admit that finding deals is a bit confusing and overwhelming at times and I feel that i might not be doing it correctly. Can anyone help guide us to the right direction?
