Please recommend best product and installer to install whole house water filter system in Dallas area.

A foreclosure house will go to auction soon which has two deed of trust recorded. First is with 118k recorded in 2010 with a bank, the second is with HUD 34k (not loan modification, separate deed of trust). In Texas, will the second loan be extinguished at the auction day?

Will renting rooms in a home be considered income for second and third home buying?

is there advantage of reporting all room rental income to IRS to qualify for all future mortgages?

issue is even if we sign up with energyogre.com, then we still need to sign up with provider and payments and all other work, its not like you getting out of it 100%..they just find u deal

If I am buying a house at the county foreclosure auction, the house has a first lien from a bank and second lien from HUD. If I win the auction, is the second lien gets wiped out or it remains and I have to pay for it since it is a government lien? For example if the first lien is 117k and the second lien is 35k. If I win the auction with 120k, do I still have to pay the 35k to HUD?

this is refinance. do they need appraisal, condo questionnaire fees, survey fees?  all loan estimates are from today only. can they change any number if I proceed with them. lenders are blaming each other and telling me that they are the best one and all others are liars and they will change fees after moving forward. is that true? can they change any numbers than loan estimates if I lock it today?
