Thanks guys! I have been strolling around taking a look at local properties. I definitly do want to go to an REI meeting to take in all of the information and really get out and connect. It's funny that when you actually start looking into real estate investing, your views of homes and apartments change completely. I went from looking at a house and saying "wow that would be an awesome place to live" to "I wonder what that house sold for? I wonder if the owner had any ROI from the house? I wonder how much work had to be put in?". It's definitly opened my eyes a little. I just want to soak in as much as I can. I don't have a lot of funds available (you know, the whole college thing and just working to scrape by and pay for books and tuition) so I'm just learning all I can from everyone I can. I definitly do have to check out a local REI meeting though.

Hello everyone! I'm Josh and I'm currently living in sunny South Florida, but I'm originally from Brooklyn, New York. I'm currently a senior in college majoring in business management and am looking at a graduation date of winter 2017. While going to school, I am also working full time. I don't have any experience in real estate at all. I've read a couple books and watched a plethora of YouTube videos on real estate investing. I've always been interested in real estate so I decided one day to try to learn as much as I can about the subject. I would love to make some real money and gain financial freedom. Maybe one day I'll be blessed enough to make millions who knows. Right now, I just want to learn as much as I can from people who are actually in the field making things happen. I hope to meet with and hear from you guys soon!
