thanks @Mike Nelson. I got a little frustrated there. I had it uploaded but left contact info so the mediator removed it. Then I had it uploaded without contact info but didnt like the way the picture came out now I can get it to upload. I will take some time later today and just write it out on here.

Created a flyer that I want to put up to generate leads for motivated sellers. I'm looking for some feedback. I don't mind any criticism as long as its constructive. I'm not going to leave it on plain white paper I'm going to try 3 different colors green, pink, and yellow. Thanks everybody

I ran an ad in the paper a few times it costs about $50 for me to run a 5 or 6 line ad for a week. That price included the online ad as well. I didn't yeild any calls for me. I will probably try again after I decide how I'm going to rewrite the ad. I might try to cut down on the lines I used the first few times to cut down on the cost. Best of luck to you.

I didnt even think about putting flyers on cars @Dev Horn. I like the idea of putting an ad in the yellow pages @Chip Chronister. I will check into that as well. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks @Chip Chronister. I plan on using bandit signs as well. I just ordered them so I was trying to think of ways I can still advertise until I get them. Ive also posted on Craigslist and backpage and ran an ad in my local paper. Those havent resulted in anything yet. I don't know if the bandit signs will help much right now. We have so much snow on the ground here in Michigan I wonder if anybody will see them.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody has tried using flyers to find motivated sellers? I'm talking about the kind of flyers you'd see at grocery stores, coffee shops, ect. I just thought this would be a cheap and easy way to get the message out there. If you have tried, did it get your phone ringing? If it did were they quality leads? Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi everybody I'm a new member to BP. Looking to get into wholesaling aspect of real estate. I don't have much experience in realestate other then buying the house I live in. I'm glad I have the website to go to for info, tips, connections and everything that can help me be successful. Looking forward to doing some research and putting in the time needed to do it right.

Have great day everyone
