Let me clarify a bit.  Yes, it's a bit odd to post, "hey i have capital, who wants it".  We're a group of guys that have full time jobs who want to invest a portion of their dollars into real estate (multi family), but don't have time to focus on this, so we're looking for a partner.

The partner is going to be vetted.  We will meet in person, we will run backgrounders, we will look under the fingernails until we find the perfect person to fill that open spot in our investment group.

We're looking for long-term, buy and hold properties.  We want to build and expand a MF portfolio, but we need the brains, the engine behind the group.  Someone who has experience, credentials and a very clean track record, but maybe lacks the liquid capital to do this on their own.

I hope this makes sense,

Jason.

I'm probably one of a million who will post something like this, but I have a group of investor's that have the money but no time. We need the opposite piece to the puzzle. Someone who knows multi family investments inside and out, who has investments of their own and knows how to find deals and close deals.

We're going to vet this individual for sure. But we're looking for someone to team up with (hopefully long term) on a multi family portfolio. This person doesn't need capital. Just time and knowledge.

Hopefully I'm not breaking any BP rules here by soliciting a partner.

Thank you.
