Hello everyone JC here,

First of all, I want to take a minute to say "thank you" to all who are active in BP and are out in the field making it happen! It is because of you whom we all get inspired by...

With that in mind, I have a question... as I continue learning about real estate investing, I find myself needing to pull to trigger and start. I currently have available an FHA loan which I can use, live in the home, later rent it out and continue with real estate investing. I currently live in California, however, my thoughts and wants are to move in the outskirts of NY area. I'm debating on staying put and start investing here, or do the move and start there. I have been comparing both places and CA seems to be a bit harder to find potential investments. What do you guys think? Any feedback will be appreciated.
