Hello all! I am currently transitioning out of the Air Force and will be acquiring my license in Virginia, most likely with Keller Williams. I am 24 years old and wanted to know looking back on your career as an agent what would you have done in the beginning? Any great books you would recommend to push me in the right direction. Also, just any general knowledge you would like to pass on.

Also, sort of a side note has anyone dealt with EXIT reality? Are they a reputable and decent company? I like the idea of building up a second income stream with my agent career.

Thank you for any advice you can give.

Thanks Alex and Mark. Alex I have been stationed at Sheppard(north texas) for a couple of years now, doing security forces. What were you? And I hear you on blowing money I hit my three year mark and realized I havnt saved or invested a dime! But I made some 3 year goals, and hope to be debt free soon. Mark I am letting the video load now thanks for the link!

Hello everyone. I like the forums so far! I am 22 years old, currently in the Air Force with three years left. I am just here to read and learn. My intrest lies in rental properties and my goal is to be close to investing in my first property when I get out of the military and move to Virginia Beach. I will have my texas real estate license after my upcoming deployment, and hope to be a part time agent and learn more about the industry. Thats about it for me, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
