Hello Rick:

Sorry I didn't realize i actually created 2 post about this. This is what I asked on the other post

You need to know I'm new to real estate investing, but after a lot of reading, listening to podcast and researching online I want to make the leap and start INVESTING and I was considering this neighborhood. So your help will be very appreciated.

How many properties do you have in this neighborhood?

Are you happy with the performance?

Are you happy with your PM?

Are you having trouble keeping your properties occupied?

South of Flint River rd and east of Thomas rd, would you consider this a B neighborhood?

How much would you say a 4/2, 1800 sqf home could be rented in that area?

Sorry for the questioning, I'm new.

Thank you

Hello BP community. I'm trying to understand Collier County tax online site, I recently got the delinquent tax list from the tax collector and it seems to have discrepancies with the tax collector site data. If you are a local investor who understand how the online data work, please explain it.

In the image above and according to the tax collector officials any amount under Amt paid column is already paid and the owner does not owe taxes for that year. The problem is that the delinquent tax file i bought from then is full of records with similar to this one.

Hello:

My name is Juan and I have been investing in tax liens in Florida thru my SDIRA. I need help finding a Miami, FL local CPA to sign a valuation form to convert my traditional IRA to Roth. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Thank you Bob and Brian for your quick responses, they are very appreciated.

Hello everyone:

I would love to have my question answered.

I recently opened a Self Directed IRA to invest in tax liens in my home state, FL, but i wonder if I can go beyond Florida borders and acquire tax liens in other states.

Thank you for your time and for a clarification on this matter.
