Did you have to use money to get your first house under contract? I don't have any to start with. Can you tell me how you got your first property and steps you used.

This was my problem, i did advertise in Craiglist and a few people called. They asked me what kind of properties did i have, then i was tongue tied because I just started trying to build a buyers list. Since I don't have properties right now what should I say. That was the reason for me getting Google Vice so they can leave me a message letting me know what kind of house, the details and what area.. What should I tell them since I'm just starting out in Wholesailing?

I'm just starting to build a buyers list. I hear that you should get a Google number for business so i don't have to talk to them directly. In my voice mail should I ask certain questions like, (what are you looking for, how many bedrooms and what area are you looking for).
