Does anyone know of an Accountant that deals with Real Estate in Mobile, AL?

Yes, I have access to them but I couldn't get them to save after I entered all the information.  But I got it figured out, it will not save with a picture uploaded in the calculator.  I don't know why it will not, but I can at least save them and get my analysis.  Thank You for your response.

I am trying to calculate a fix and flip. I can't get it to save, has anyone else had that problem and if so what was your solution?

I am in Daphne as well. I am interested in buy and hold. I haven't had any luck yet, but intend on 2020 being the year. Good luck

Thanks for sharing, I am in Mobile, AL.  I sold my house and moved into an apartment to get the cash out to start investing.  I have been reading post, practicing on the calculators and read many books on RE.  I have been on the fence for several months, my husband is tired of me saying I'm going do it, I'm not going to do it, seriously I am driving both of us crazy being scared to jump in.  Your post has inspired me to go ahead and call my agent to make an offer on a foreclosure that I found.  Again, thank you.
