I am looking for a lender/ HML that will allow second position lien as down payment. Does anyone has any recommendation?

Yes, I am aware most HML don't allow second positions.

My firm is Plan B Partners LLC and we are looking for a private money investor for a commercial office 8 unit building, 2000 SQ FT, currently being leased by a long term tenant out in Gastonia NC! The tenant currently occupies the entire building, the cash-flow looks great, and the equity build up is even better! We are prepared to offer 10% interest and a share of the equity upon disposition.
