You couldn’t have said it any better. I encourage everyone to check out the podcast Tanisha (CEO of Tardus ) did with rent to retirement, you can view it on the rent to retirement page.

@Georgy Cherkassky would love to pick your brain about Tardus since I had a consultation with them. I hope you don't mind that I DM you

Quote from @Anthony Ng:

I just started with them. Going through my first flip. It is an interest arbitrage in the beginning. I haven't had my next meeting yet, but I guess through enough arbitrages, it accelerates the time it takes to get a down payment on a rental.

@Anthony Ng would it be possible to get your feedback about Tardus and their short term fuel strategies? I had a consultation with them and would like to get some insights from people that have gone through the program

Quote from @Frank Paz:

HI @Jean Pierre Beltran and @Russell Grevler, I just purchased a property in the area and I'm looking to buy another in the Windham/Hunter area. Could I DM to pick your brain a bit on the regulations there? I've searched a ton and can find things here and there but nothing decisive about the current rules unfortunately or what the plans are for the future. I'd appreciate any help and of course happy to let you know what I've learned. Thank you so much.

Absolutely! Send me a message, happy to connect

@Steve Miklashevskiy did you end up acquiring an STR in the Windham area? I'm acquiring in a town close to Windham and would love to connect to hosts in the area form knowledge sharing as well

Hey Jean Pierre, did you end up acquiring in the Windham area? I’m new to this and trying to learn as much as possible for my first property purchase. Windham seems like a good area, but would love to talk to someone with experience in that market. I found a property in the Woodstock/Hurley area but I think regulations are too risky in that part of the Catskills.

Hi there. I'm the process of acquiring. It's in a town nearby. I agree with you that Woodstock is risky. Feel free to DM me, I can share anything that I've learnt so far

@Eliott Elias are there any type of commercial loans for single family short term rentals that you'd recommend? DSCR is the closest I've seen to something commercial

Any short term rental hosts in the Windham area? I'm looking to acquire an STR in a neighboring town and would love to connect for knowledge sharing and support. Thank you in advance!
