@Mike Beer, after being in Raise Masters TWO DAYS, I was able to instantly justify the annual membership fee and then some. Let me explain....

Once I learned what others in the group were being fairly compensated (also from Hunter), I quickly realized that I had left 7 figures on the table last year due to my lack of knowledge in this area. That's right, 7-FIGURES. I kid you not.

Also, I've noticed that anytime I join groups, yes the education is great but the MORE important aspect is the CONNECTIONS you'll make.

@Neil Hauger, great information. I'm in the process of researching articles regarding investing in Land Entitlement deals. Can you share any information or articles about this subject? It seems as if you find the right group, similar to finding the right syndicator, you should be able to get 25%+ lucrative returns in 24 months or less.

As a full time practicing periodontist, I chose the passive route as I'm too busy to actively invest. For my wife and I, syndications were the BEST way to go.

I had a wake up call during a snow skiing trip. After injuring my wrist, I realized that relying on ONLY one income stream was too much of a RISKY way to live.
