Go to the tax assessors office via internet or walkin. They will have the name and address of the owners. I would shoot them a quick letter stating your interest in buying the house and go from there.

@Jeremy pace that was my plan to send out a letter given them about 60 days notice of the increase. Because they came with the purchase I wanted to see how others would increase the rents being that they were inherited

Morning BP,
So I recently purchased three properties that had current tenants in them. The Rents were way below market value with these tenants. What do you think is the best way to go about increasing the rent to match the market?

I would quit claim to the business name. That would help you develop a good track record for your business. But you would also need to transfer insurance into the business name as well.
