Hello my name is Jeffery Hardin. I am a newbie in real estate. I have been interested in real estate for quite some time and have become very interested in wholesaling in real estate. I have been educating myself and starting to get my feet wet with taking action. One of the things I believe is key in any business is having a mentor, someone that you can turn to for help and guidance and feedback when needed. In real estate I am curious to know as a newbie how do you go about seeking a mentor?

Hello, my name is Jeffery Hardin. I am currently residing in Houston, TX and I am a beginner starting out in real estate. I currently am in my final semester of graduate school at Georgetown University and I also work for Aetna Insurance. My career focus is to become a sports agent (client adviser) in baseball for MLB. Recently, in the past several months I have become really interested in being apart of real estate. I enjoy helping people and I see real estate as another industry in which I can help people. I also look at real estate as being able to network with people who will assist me on my journey and also help the people I am networking by bringing value and skills that can be used to assist in their business as well. I also have goals to purchase some land in the future to build some properties on that land and put some families in those properties that need homes to live. I enjoy the business of real estate and also the ability to create wealth for yourself which is another reason for my interest in real estate. I am based out of Houston but I would love to network with people in and outside of the Houston area. I am excited for my journey into real estate and excited to meet people within the industry.
