The interview process is very informal. I just got my license two days before Christmas. I went around to a bunch of different brokers in my area and interviewed them and decided which was the best fit for me.

Being new, like most, I needed a broker who offered good training. Everyone worries about the commission split but if you don't know what you're doing, you won't be making a percentage of anything so get with a broker who will train you and hold your hand at the start.

All those pre-licensing classes do is teach you how to pass the exam. They don't teach you anything about how to actually do the job.

Hopefully now that Obama will soon be out, we can get back to restoring relations [with Israel mainly] but also around the world and put an end to the failing liberal/socialistic agenda. The weak foreign policy of the last 8 years has been treacherous and has put the globe in a downward spiral.

Check with Hondros to see if they have any career nights coming up. They bring in a ton of brokers for you to talk with and figure out what is the best match for you. I took my classes at Hondros' Akron campus and I know they have them fairly often. I didn't go to career night because I had already chosen a broker but a couple people in my class did and they said it was great.
