Wondering if anyone has experience with B(uild)RRR? Considering a duplex, I’m a licensed contractor and will do a large portion of the work.

Just want to know how this has worked for other people?

If you could go back 6-8 months before your first property what would you do?

I’m a self employed contractor looking to get into a brrrr multi family sometime next year.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
