Thanks a lot guys, these are good recommendations. So to Mike's point, my eviction started last year, before even 2020. I even had my trial 2-3 weeks ago, which didn't go as well as I anticipated. I will look into those suggestions y'all have made. Really appreciated.

Hi, I have an investment property in Solano County of California. I am going through a very tough and lengthy eviction battle. Part of it is my own fault as I waited too long. But I am not too sure if my current attorney is doing a good job, so I want to seek out a second opinion or maybe even switch to a more competent attorney. It has been tough locating a good attorney in the area that I own the property in. I was wondering how to go about in finding a good attorney? What would be the sign to look for in a competent attorney who can help me with an eviction? Any recommendation here?

So I am in the marketplace for a mortgage. However, I am wondering if loans with no income verification or stated income are still possible?
