I was able to get a cash-out refinance on my primary residence. From there I was able to secure a cash offer for another property which I intend to rent out and keep for a few years and ride the equity wave. I'm totally new to this but feel like I'm in a good position. Another option in a couple years would be to downsize into the rental property and either rent or sell my primary residence. Trying to consider all my options. Thanks guys!

My credit score stinks so no one is going to be loaning me money lol...is that what you mean by the $2M?

I have >$400k saved and accruing zero interest in my savings account :(

What is a good bet for my first investment property? I'm thinking single family home; rent it out for a few years and ride the equity wave.
