July 25th. It will be posted to the meetup once the topic is decided upon. Just last week, Fibi had their all chapter mixer event for June, so the normal Long Beach group will skip this month, and resume next month.

I have joined the FIBI of South Bay but no one has contacted me back. So, I am not sure what is going on. And thank you so much for the invitation. I am trying to find a group locally to avoid a long drive and the traffic. Thank you again for your time and advice.

Thank you Nathan. I have tried both the meetup.com and the biggerpockets. And I have found some but no one has contacted me back. I am wondering if they are active or not. I have not tried Facebook yet because I am not on it. I am hoping that someone near me who is on Biggerpockets who belongs to one contacts me. Thank you again for your time and advice.

I live in Redondo Beach, California. I have been looking for an In-Person Real Estate Investor Meetup Group close to Redondo Beach. I have found some but I don't think they are active because no one has contacted me after I joined. Does anyone know of any? Thank you.
