Thanks shawn, I just used them to build my Web site,  didn't think about using them for that. I will definitely look into that, right now cash is somewhat limited, I'm trying not to over invest before I've seen a profit. I'm a nurse and i work 2 days a week and wondering what would be the best use of my time in growing this wholesaling business, bandit signs, Mail, reiaa meetings, meeting other wholesalers on my community...?

Hey im jeff, I'm in atl ga, im a new and enthusiastic wholesaler with a paid mentor. I've put out my initial signage and I'm currently sending direct mail. I like to sift through my lists to seek out the best deals instead of sending out bundles of letters,  but sifting through each listing when you have thousands can be taxing, any one know of a service that might do that for you?

hi, im jeff, i am interested in multifamily dwellings in the atl or pgh market. i am fairly new to investing and am currently enrolled in a coaching program during which  i have been able to meet many people in the business and have garnered quite a few relationships with some seasoned players. i am looking to learn  all i can so that i can help those people and communities that want to improve their situations as well as make a profit .
