A flipper has offered 60% of profit and payback of all my expenses in exchange for financial help to get a property ready to sell. Good idea? If so, how to do? Based on the comps in the area the 60% should lead to about 15k to 25k payback over and above about 30k expenses. As long as it sells within average times. I want to document the agreement, obviously. Has anyone done anything like is? If so what is the best way. First time for me. Thanks for you help
