Hi there everyone.  My name is Jeff and I'm new to these forums.  I've had a look around some and I like what this site is about.  I have a good friend who is a realtor who told me about this community.  I'm excited to be a part of the discussion and I'm looking forward to learning a lot of new things too.

I've been a residential property investor since 2006.  I went a period here after the bubble  without ownership of property and have just closed on my 4th deal ever and my first property since after the collapse. 

I've done a few things right and made a few mistakes along the way too.  I will enjoy learning from all of your experience here as well.
