Hi,

My wife and I are very interested in starting our portfolio and have been learning a lot about strategy behind multifamily investing, the best markets (we're thinking IN, AR, KY, TN, MO), and partnerships. We live in Oregon and are curious what our options may be for getting started with little to no down payment. We would house hack, but we have 3 kids and just purchased our primary residence last year. What are your experiences/wisdom we can glean for?
