Hello BP Community,

I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I fairly recently relocated to the RDU (Wake Forest) area from the Piedmont Triad after taking a role with AAP at their HQ. I've been reading and studying the content here and am ready to take some action towards my first investment property. I would like the take the MFH approach and house hack since I don't have any serious financial or familial commitments at this point in life.  I'm looking forward to making connections and expanding my network! I'm always up for networking with locals and even getting my hands dirty in order to learn the business!

@Anthony Simmons I’m not much help since I haven’t officially purchased any property yet, but as a resident of WS I can tell you that Winston is very much a renters market. I live/work in Wake Forest/Raleigh, but the difference is night and day.
