Hey community! I'm new here, but not new to entrepreneurship. Short version, I've been traveling the country for part of my work and see the value in building a real-estate portfolio based on some of the niche things I've seen over my national travels. Ambitious, yes. But great things were never accomplished by the status quo. I also know it's already being done by many. I have my first property for rent in Ga. Looking to join a like-minded community.
