I wanted to talk about fear. I deal with anxiety everyday. What's funny is I worry about a lot of things, but when it comes to taking a risk in a business aspect I'm pretty fearless. I think part of it is coming from nothing. When you've never really had much I think you get use it. You learn to live there. It's actually quite humbling and I think makes you smarter. You learn to appreciate the small gains and thus have more patience with the building process. You learn to budget and calculate the way you should. My biggest set back I don't believe is fear, for when you have nothing, there is nothing to lose only the opportunity to gain. My biggest set back is the lack of knowledge. I am completely new to the real estate world. I had to google what escrow was. LOL However, I have started many jobs not knowing anything, dove in and figured it out. Many times without much guidance or training. I will do the same here. Thank you for this access to so much knowledge! I look forward to being successful with you!

Thank you. I can't stop reading to be honest! I have a quintessential thirst for knowledge to begin with, probably why I've worked in so many industries. We're really excited to start a new venture!

I have always loved working hard and I have worked hard. Two jobs for years at a time and with the exception of being overly tired at times, I loved it. In fact even the jobs I felt were not my favorite at the time, I'm still grateful for the experience, knowledge, and connections I have made. With that being said, for the past few years as I have gotten older, I have kind of reached this point in my life where the fact that I feel like I haven't quite found my niche has been weighing on me. I'm confident in myself and my abilities and know I will succeed working for myself. The thing holding me back has been figuring out exactly what I want to do but mostly how to get started. I have thought many many times about the real estate world and often when soul searching find my why back to it again. Most recently I've been once again seeking that passion and somehow find myself to this website and I have been reading and soaking up as much knowledge as I can like a crazy person. LOL. The resources here are amazing and I can't wait to continue to learn all that I can and start building.
