I’ve heard much talk about having to pay other fees like insurance and things in that nature that hard money or private money lenders do not pay for. From your experience, what fees did you have to pay for out of pocket? Me and my partner are still learning and are willing to use funds out of pocket. But what kind of fees are we looking at?
