@Mike M. I actually found a few diffrent companies with exactly what I needed. I went with Vivint.com they have a great smart home system no wifi needed, streams on your phone in real time anywhere you are, tamper protection, security alerts and motion detectors and will notify policy if you have a break in. No contracts and you can transfer your cameras from project to project.
Depending on how much coverage you need they have really low monthly plans.
I just got a monthly plan for 2 exterior cameras and one interior camera with motion sensors for our project that is 1200 sq.ft costing $65 bucks a month. So not bad at all. They service all fifty states , and they are an investor friendly company they understand our needs.

I looking for some suggestions on security and monitor systems for my rehab projects.
Something I can watch from my smartphone that will monitor any break-ins, check(watch) contractors, and video record whos going in and out of my projects while I am away. I tried Simpli Safe but, there cameras all need wifi to be able to live stream and record. Our construction site will just have basic utilities turned on and no wifi. Anyone investors have any suggestions on the systems they use. If any? I trust my contractors but I would have a better sense of security with some type of monitoring system.
