Hi everyone,

My name is Jen, and I just moved to Minneapolis from Colorado to build a new life and a long-term rental portfolio using the BRRRR strategy. I'm diving headfirst into real estate investing here—focused, committed, and getting creative to make the numbers work.

My background is in operations, accounting, and production management, and I’ve spent years handling everything from payroll and insurance to workflow and vendor negotiation. I know how to manage chaos, keep things moving, and solve problems under pressure—which, let’s be honest, is half the game in real estate.

Right now, I’m working on:

• Finding my first BRRRR deal under $300K

• Building my local power team (PMs, lenders, contractors, etc.)

• Learning from people who’ve already made this market work for them

I’m especially interested in connecting with other investors who:

• Have done BRRRRs or flips in the Minneapolis metro

• Know of off-market opportunities

• Have figured out creative financing or partnership models that actually worked
