FYI - Just called 'Jason' at www.bloodhoundllc.com and he found the individual I was looking for, in another state, and even had his cell number. I left a message...

Does anyone have a reputable skip tracer contact information? I found a property that appears to have been vacant for years and mail is being returned from the propety owners address registered with the county.

This should be a slam dunk if I can get in touch with the owner!

Ocean Isle, NC is beautiful along with Charleston ,SC

I bought a moble home and was looking to rent it out. Instead of going through an attorney, I figured there was a generic contract/agreement.
