hey guys, I'm new to the area and also new to real estate in general, and I guess I wanted to start off by saying hi! but I also was wondering if some of the well seasoned pro's wanted to step into and give there two cents on Boston, from what I can tell, it's a very rental heavy place because of all of us college kids, but it also seems like its very expensive, so I was just curious how does everyone go about finding deals in such an expensive market? do you guys just go out of state or what?
