Great job! I know first hand what you mean about dirt everywhere....and junk everywhere...and no refrigerator,,,the list of "crappiness" can go on and on when you are living in your flipper...But - I think it pays off. Or at least hopefully. We are on the market now with our live in flipper. Value of the home now is almost double what we bought it for. :)
