Hi Ramon,
Perfect, I will remind him again today to call you back, let me know if you don't hear from him!!
The project he is on at the moment is quite time consuming!
Thanks,

Hi BP family!
Hope everyone is doing well!
My name is Jennifer, I am from Europe, born in Ireland, raised in Luxembourg. Moved here about 4 years ago and got married. We live in the Palm Springs area, love off-roading, camping, basically any kind of adventure, own a carpentry business, and have two dogs.
I came across this site as I was looking into real estate and flipping homes. My husband, Chris, and I have decided that that would be our next adventure. First, we need to fix up our current home, so in the meantime, I will be on here reading all the blogs and posts, asking questions and learning whatever I can, so we can be as prepared as we can to move forward within the next year.
I already read the ultimate beginners guide, some great stuff in there! Have been listening to the podcast, on #6, so much useful and great information and advice on there. Next step is to get the podcast on my hubby's phone so he can listen to it while working!! Two birds with one stone, right?! ;)
Other than our current home, we don't have any experience in real estate, hens why I want to learn as much as I can! If I have any answers I will be more than happy to share, but I have an inkling that I might be asking more than answering!
Looking forward to all future discussions and let the fun begin :))
Talk soon,
Jen
