I pray for the citizens in both countries. They are bearing the brunt of this while the global "leaders" duke it out over things they keep hidden from us. Tell me there isn't more going on behind the scenes. I was around for the Berlin wall coming down and I know that the government lies. Anyway, this is pretty much what I was asking in my post, so I'm glad I found this. I am new to this platform and am still figuring it out. It's a tough call. Especially when they were so willing to give the moratorium on evictions, even when people were getting plenty of stimulus $$ and unemployment increases. It made no sense. The investor got hosed. I was poised to make a purchase, but I might just sit it out right now or shelter cash in tangibles like land, steel and lead

With at least 7 rate hikes planned in this year alone, the rising cost of gas and the overall financial climate, how does a new investor decide on an approach? Or is this just a really good time to get to know my bigger pockets calculator and wait this out for a few months?

Idk, but I am not liking the removal of a genuine discussion topic. I didn't pay money to get fb treatment.

@John Gach don't inherit a problem. Don't renew, fix the place up, then charge what the place is legitimately worth

@Mohamed Alli

I did not hear that one yet, but was it (perhaps) a home warranty? Those are written into the offer and can be covered by the seller.
