What is the best strategy to find good Private Money Lenders? Not Hard money lenders! I want to be able to have a good relationship with my lender and be able to have them as a partner, not only a lender.

@Dagan Mullins, I am 23 years old and live in Tampa Bay area, I also am looking to brainstorm ideas with a potential partner. I have a flexible schedule, let's meet for coffee and exchange ideas? -Jen

@Joe Villeneuve Thank you for responding. To clarify, are you saying that keeping many niches is a good way to be successful?

Hello fellow investors/hustlers!

I'm 23 years old, and I finally have the time and money to invest in the Real Estate business...

But how do I find the niche that's right for me?

I feel overwhelmed by the endless options for investing. I want to take a calculated risk, but I feel like I'm diving in the deep end blind!

How did you KNOW in your bones that you had found your niche? Where did you find the resources that led you there?
