Sounds like you need a different broker. There's plenty of fish in the sea, find one that aligns with your goals.

I’m open to any suggestions. So please feel free to list investor friendly brokerages that you may know of.

Hey BP fam!

I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I’m currently in Georgia. I have better knowledge on wholesaling so now I want to partake. But I read the contract at my soon to be broker… again… and not so much. Also the things stated regarding owning rental property. Choosing my words carefully here. So my question is, can I wholesale and carry my operate as an active agent? Certain amendments and clauses? Is this the case with all brokerages? Also, the end game is to own and hold properties. I really have to give them a slice of that pie too? I’m not feeling it. Is it worth becoming an active agent? Please advise me below. I respect the experience and welcome all helpful advice. Thank you in advance.
