 I have talked to management and they have just told me that they don't get involved in roommate stuff. In order for me to move out she would have to sign a paper releasing me from the lease and she refuses. 

I moved in to an apartment with this girl. She has done nothing but start problems, she has brought drugs into our home, she is disrespectful, has ruined quite a few of my things, has stolen from my guests, and doesn't pay her portion of rent. We are on a year lease. I tried to handle things civilly and brought her a lease release form but when that happened she lost her mind, called the cops on me for no reason, tried to get my car towed, and told the leasing office a bunch of lies which resulted in us getting 5 lease violations and I had to pay 250$ for those because she doesn't pay anything. I don't know what I can do, I just want her gone but she won't leave.
