@Kyler J Sloan- Disclose upfront the type of ride they will be experiencing and move on, don’t take on that additional liability.

Thanks @Leora Merrell , I have made some contacts last night and I’m very hopeful!

Thanks @Paul Sandhu , I’m going off his recommendations and they are all wonderful but booked. Not a bad problem to have on their end, business is good. :)

  Hey Bigger Pockets Family,

I am about to close on my first property, a STR cabin in the Smokies, and I am having a hard time finding a cleaning company. Anyone have a recommendation that I can go off of? I truly appreciate any direction!

Hey @Bud Gaffney, I have no terms as a matter of fact. He keeps asking my sister if he wants to buy the place that she is renting which made me think that this could be a possible seller financing option. But I wasn’t sure how to frame an offer to the owner.

Wow @Nikki Closser, congrats and you’re a rockstar! Love the options it’s gives me. There are so many realtors and loan officers that think negatively of seller financing. This is definitely one option that I am aiming to use if not with this property then another. Thanks for sharing and inspiring!

Hey @Tim Herman, to my knowledge there isn’t a first or second mortgage, however, I will definitely work on getting that info. He keeps asking my sister to buy the place (she rents it) so I’m toying with the idea of buying using this creative financing. I’m still at the beginning stages of all of this. I appreciate your insight and time.

I am interested in using seller financing to purchase a condo ($100k).

Is this possible with a HOA?

What are some options on how to frame a deal using this option?

Thanks for any advice, tips, and everything in between!

@James Gleeson- Thanks, it sounds ideal if I could land a property that the owner is willing to work with me.

Thanks for your insight!
