Hi Stacee, have you considered reaching out to some local cleaning companies? I'm not sure if they would be willing to do last minute/very specific times, but may be a good next step since it sounds like you're not having much luck so far.

Yep, I'd install cameras and put up signs warning people they're under surveillance, as well as put in some motion activated flood lights. Sorry to hear you're dealing with this.
