Post: Advice on where to connect with serious investors to sell my investment property

Hello!
I have a unique property in Tucson, AZ that is a great investment opportunity and my husband and I are considering selling it off market. It is on one large lot but is two separate homes with two separate addresses that appear as two separate properties. We are looking to possibly sell it just so we can purchase a house of our own locally where we reside. It's an AMAZING property for an investor because I have two awesome tenants (one couple in each home) that pay on time and are great people and easy to deal with. The rents are both at / or above market (which is so rare for purchasing investment properties with tenants in place). They both just renewed their leases until summer of 2026. We honestly are good with keeping it for obvious reasons but wanted to look into possibly selling it. Do you all have any advice how where to connect with serious real estate investor buyers?
