Hello, I have been listening to the BP podcast and finally jumping onto the forums.

I have always been interested in real estate and houses in general. My husband and I own an architecture and design business in upstate NY. We are looking to invest out of state, looking into Alabama, with LTR and/or STR.

I have a lot to learn, looking forward to connecting with people!
