Hi BP,
I was wondering if anyone in the area was looking for an apprentice. I'm currently in Fort Worth, Tx and have been establishing my network for about 6 weeks now. I'm still fresh to everything but with proper guidance and help I can learn anything. I'm persistent and determined when learning something new until I have it down. @Jibran Najmi welcome to biggerpockets I'm currently in Fort Worth and have looking to get a team together. I'm working towards apartment complexes long term and residential houses precisely multi family since it goes well with my VA home loan for the start up. I haven't done a transaction yet but am anxious to get started. I've been getting educated as much as possible before taking the first step but I know that the best method is to take action. Hi my name is jerad,
Me and my finance have been looking into real estate specifically commercial real estate and we've been kinda getting thrown around as to where to actually start. We've been researching and going to seminars by the gurus and have (2) 3 day workshops coming up. I plan to start my business in the next couple years as I know this isn't a get rich quick profession. It would really help if I could have some direct guidance with someone or a group of people I could associate with and ask questions to. Just a couple to start.
- How much of a credit score is recommended to start?
- How much initial capital is needed?
- How to establish relationships with the right people?
- How to receive private lending?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much for helping me start my journey and I will keep you all informed as I grow and try to help as much as I can.
