Hi Isaac, thanks for the input. Initially this would be a side endeavor for me, as I currently have a quite lucrative full time role in sales operations. However, I am very interested in learning more about real estate and in expanding my personal investment portfolio as well as helping out friends and family. Perhaps down the road it could expand into something more, as my skills and experience are directly transferable. Sounds like the first course of action is to get the license which then puts me in position to negotiate terms for hanging my license. Thanks again!

I have 1 single family rental property and planning on adding more to the portfolio. Looking at possibility of getting brokers license and doing some more investing with a few deals a year but I also hold down a full time job. Any managing brokers in the Tacoma area that would be interested in this low volume arrangement?
