@Daniel Kucner Very true. This economic situation is more like the dotcom bubble verses the 2008 housing crisis. 2008 was caused by lending in the real estate market- unlike now. In fact I believe it is real estate that will bring us back. Keep a look out for Q3 and Q4. Prices will definitely rise.
